INSURANCE: We Require an insurance fee of $1.25 to Canada and $2 for other countries per package in addition to the shipping charge. If this is not included with your payment, we will invoice you separately before shipping your item which will cause shipping delays!! (these insurance fees apply to packages valued at $100 or less with shipping. Packages over that have additional insurance assessed.

The shipping calculator shows two different shipping amounts for Canada...the lower amount is correct. International shipping varies greatly depending on the weight of the item. We are happy to combine shipping though. For US destinations, combined shipping is calculated as full price for the most expensive shipping amount and half or less for each additional item. Similar ratios apply to Canada and International shipping

All international buyers need to be aware of their countries import tax policy. All items are stated as merchandise on the customs ticket and the dollar amount quoted is the price paid...less shipping charges. WE DO NOT MARK ITEMS AS GIFTS

BOOKS, OPEN SOFTWARE, PAPER & KITS are not returnable. Any items to be returned must be preauthorized. To authorize a return, please email mccubbinz@hotmail.com. The returned item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving authorization.

Any package which has not been authorized will charged a 15% restocking fee. Packages which are Refused (including international) will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. Any opened package cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Returns must be in their original packaging and in resale condition. Customers are responsible for costs of returns. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the wrong item was sent.

Please allow 10-14 days for refunds to be processed and credits made. After 30 days, any returns must be made directly to the manufacturer. Damaged or Defective Products: Defective items or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. Damages due to shipment must be reported immediately. Damaged products must be returned unopened for a replacement item.
