TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  All Products are Brand New except special description in listing.

2.  All sales are final.

3.  Generally, custom ignore VAT and import duty for single item. In case VAT or import duty needed, Buyer is responsible for VAT and import duty.

4.  30 days warranty. If item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 30 days from date of item dispatching to inform seller by email for exchange.

5.  Buyer must email seller for exchange authorization prior to returning item.

6.  Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition. Item must also be in its original box and packing.

7.  Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping & handling cost.

8.  Refund is not acceptable. Return is accepted on an exchange basis only.

9.  Buyer must make payment within 3 days after purchase.

Shipping

Item(s) will be sent by standard air mail or EMS Express.

Item(s) will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment received.

It normally takes 7-15 working days for item(s) delivery to Europe, Australia, USA, and Canada.

Insurance

It is optional but strongly recommended. The fee is USD2.2 for one parcel which may include multiple items. Tracking number is only available for shipping with insurance.
