While it has been precision engineered for flight, like other aircraft. It can be damaged by contact or collision with a fixed object. The product warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. Would you ask the Car Dealership for return or exchange after you bought a new car and crashed it ? We recommend that you would take your time and be patience during the learning period.

By bidding or buying from our store, you agreed with all our terms, policies, and agree to pay Shipping and Handling fees.
- All sales are final.
- We offer a 3 days DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty for defective items. Warranty will be voided by use, abuse or modifying of the item, RC Helicopters are very sensitive toys, it wouldn't be fair to us if you crash it and ask us for refund or exchange.
- Defective items can be return for exchange or full refund, minus shipping & handling.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping item back in case of exchange or refund.
- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable and non negotiable.
- No Return or Exchange after 3 days of receiving item will be honored.
- Return or refund can take up to 10 business days to process.
- All items must be in new and re-saleable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
- Return items are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving item to obtain an RA#.
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback will be left after the entire transaction completes. We reserve the right to retract the bid from bidder with negative feedback or non-paying history without prior notice.
