1. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately
(within 3 days) after you received the product. We allows return for
exchange / replacement / refund under the following conditions:
If the
product you received from us is wrong (we shipped you the product you
do not order. Very unlikely, but always possible. We may handled 1 or
2 wrong orders annually due to the mistake made by the shipping
staffs).
If the
product you received is defective when you received it.
If the
product is damaged in delivery.
If you
ordered the wrong product (you ordered something other than what you
wanted by mistake) and contacted us immediately after you received the
product (Please do not try to use the product if you know you ordered
the wrong product). We will charge 18% of the total amount of the
order as restock fee to cover our admin cost (staff wage).
NOTE: We do NOT allow return for exchange / replacement / refund, if the
product is damaged in result of use by the customer. We all make mistake
sometime, so please take the responsibility if you damaged the product.
2. For all return, customer need to return the product back to us within
7 days upon received.

Shipping fee for the order is NOT refundable (no exception), as shipping
fee is charged by the Post Office to send the shipment to you. The Post
Office will never refund shipping fee after they delivered the shipment
to you. If you do NOT agree this, please do not make any order from us.
4. For
the return shipping fee, the customer will need to pay for the return
shipping fee to send the product back to us. On the other hand, we will
pay for the new shipping fee to send a new shipment to you (exchange or
replacement item). This mean, when you return the order back to us, you
will need to pay for the return shipping fee to send back the order to
us. And we will pay for the shipping fee to send a new product to you
(exchange or replacement item). If you do NOT agree this, please do not
make any order from us.
5. We has a 15 days exchange policy upon received on defective items
only. A defective item is defined as one that has a manufactured flaw.
The flaw existed before shipping and was not created in transit. If the
item has been misused or damaged, the exchange policy will be void (NOT
RETURN ALLOWED). Defective items can not be returned for a refund /
exchange / replacement. We are ok for that. You can tell us that when
you return the product.
6. All returned item(s) must be in original factory conditions,
including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards
(not filled-out) and all accessories. Otherwise, no exchange will be
given. If item(s) returned was found NOT defective, it will be returned
back to you at buyer expense. If an item is discovered to be defective
after 15 days, you will need to send the defective merchandise to the
manufacturer or service location for replacement or repair.
7. If you like to return the order for replacement / exchange / refund,
please kindly contact us via email firstly.
8. In no
event should our liability exceed the original purchase price. |
