This is a beautiful old pin from Allegheny General Life Flight helicopter program, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Started in September, 1978 the program is exactly 30 years old. they flew Allouette-III helicopters leased from Rocky Mountain Helicopters out of Provo, Utah, which was later bought out by Air Methods, Corp. The pin back where the clasp attaches has been shortened. (See picture). This historical pin has been one of the highlights of my collection. Will ship by first class mail in bubble wrap.
