Listing Policies
Payment Method Policy
|
Personal checks are not accepted.
Acceptable payment methods are as follows:
PayPal in any form.
(Be aware, items paid by PayPal eCheck will not ship until
AFTER it clears.)
Money order in US funds (mailed to our mailing address).
Cashier's check in US funds (mailed to our mailing address).

Transaction Policy
|
We reserve the right to cancel bids for any bidderr.
We reserve the right to cancel a listing PRIOR to close for any reason.
We reserve the right to end our listings early.
An automatic invoice for the listing's item will be sent to winning buyers shortly
after the listing's close.
Winning buyers must make payment arrangements within 10 days of the listing's close.
Non-paying buyers will be subject to an unpaid item strike if payment arrangements are not made
after such time. If for any reason the buyer needs to cancel the transaction after the
listing's close, the buyer will be required to pay a 10% (or less) cancellation fee.

Shipping Policy
|
We generally ship within 2 business days (sometimes later during peak seasons),
utilizing both United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.
The shipping price for this listing is for the continental United States only.
Additional shipping or handling charges apply to locations such as US territories, Hawaii,
Alaska, and countries outside the United States.

International Shipping Policy
|
Because of United States laws, we must mark the value of all international shipments the same
as the final value of all items in the shipment. Also, we cannot mark items as "gift" as such items
are not being shipped without charge.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties and/or customs taxes associated with having
merchandise imported from the United States. Please consider the total possible price
BEFORE bidding, winning, or buying any items from the United States. We do not maintain
import tax tables for any country; please contact your local customs office for assistance with
determining what you customs tax liability may be.

Warranty Policy
|
We warranty all products up to 7 days from the date of delivery (as provided by the shipment's
tracking / delivery confirmation number). If a defect or problem presents itself from regular use,
we must receive some sort of contact within 7 full days (not business days) from the original
delivery date in order to allow any kind of exercise of warranty.

Discount Policy
|
We allow the buyer to take 20% off the total shipping and handling price on items that are
paid for and
shipped together. The buyer is authorized to input
information in the seller's discount field for multiple item orders.
To calculate the discount,
simply add the shipping and handling charges for all items and then multiply by 0.2. The result is
the buyer's shipping and handling discount. Input the result in the seller's discount field with
a "-" in front so the amount is a discount and not a surcharge.
An item's opportunity for a discount ends immediately after it is paid for.
Discounts cannot be applied retro-actively.

Return Policy
|
We will not refund or replace returns that are not pre-authorized. The buyer must notify
the seller within 7 days (5 business days) of delivery before returning any item for refund,
replacement, or exchange. With the exception of defect, we can only accept items returned in their
original condition. Shipping and handling charges are not available for refund.
