Offered for auction is this U.S. Army M-24 AVIATION GAS MASK and CASE.  I have seen many gas masks, but not many AVIATION ones like this!

This was used by a officer in a Helicopter Unit in both Kuwait & Bosnia during the 1990's.

There is an equipment inspection & maintenance worksheet included in the case, which is dated December 15, 1996.  It identifies it as a Mask, Chemical Pro M-24, and that it was used with Company C 111th Aviation Regiment.  This man was part of the Florida Army National Guard in Service there during the 1990's.

The mask is attached to a canister with straps.  The mask has a full head hood & the radio cord which extends out of the front of the mask.

The carrying case has 2 straps.  There is a red tag attached to the case with the number "3".

The Mask & Canister are in VERY GOOD CONDITION!!!  The case shows wear from use.  The guy said he carried it everywhere he flew in both Bosnia & Kuwait!
