We offer standard 10 to 20 Business days shipping (with optional insurance) from Hong Kong to worldwide after the payment is confirmed. The time is not guaranteed, it may take longer depending on the postal service.
No Local pickup for auction customers. No third party shipping carrier will be used.

Return policy
We offer repair or replacement on defective items within 30 days of shipment.We are happy to replace faulty goods if the buyer agrees to bear the cost of the return shipping, You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. We do not offer refund or credits.
Product repair and exchange is our normal policy.All returns must be authorised. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number), which must be clearly stated on your parcel. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been issued with RMA number.

When you paid from paypal, please check your address at paypal, if the address is not correct, please make the alternation before you paid. The incomplete address will cause the mail lost and it is your responsibility on correct them. No refund, Claims will be accept from this case
