The original CP from which I worked. Do not ask for more CPs. Do not ask for diagrams.

Do you design all your models by hand-drawing the cp first?
Joseph wu origami [24-May-2013]
But i *want* them! please, please, please, please, please? -- seen on your photo stream. (?)
Quentin origami [23-May-2013]
Intense... or insane? either way, it's amazing!
Mv origami [23-May-2013]
Or too sane. none the less, this is state of the art. wonderful model.
Baka-yaro [23-May-2013]
Eh to much form and even if i would like to fold it i would have problem with findin paper what kind of paper did you use dor this one? it looks like thers some part with lot of layers
Ori-gauthier [23-May-2013]
Thanks for cp! i think i will try it!
Mabona origami [22-May-2013]
Brian this cp reminds me of the fact that my mom was quite flabergasted when she viseted me the other day and saw that anime booklet you gave me in my bookshelf :d
Chosetec [22-May-2013]
@angrydemon, i sometimes use computer, sometimes graph paper, other times i experiment with folding. often i will use different ways as i refine a design. @mabona. did you get in trouble? origami artists are supposed to be asexual. shame on you...
Origamifanpete [22-May-2013]
Very very very complex :) realy, really really admirable job! i am interested with origami alsobut i am really not as good as you. :c) you are master for me. i admire your work. have a great time :)
Mabona origami [22-May-2013]
My mind just sliped for a moment and forgot about the asexuality doctrine, my apolgies!
Jman origami [22-May-2013]
Can i ask a stupid question? how to get these numbers like 0.1674..0.3347...? i try to divided the edge into 6 equal segments.. is it correct?
Chosetec [21-May-2013]
I just used a calculator and ruler. if you want to be a purist, you can try referencefinder, but the folding would take a long time.
Ori-gauthier [21-May-2013]
Ah, i have the base! but i don't used the numbers you wrote, i just divid into 6, and i got all the reference points ;-)
Frankdacayanan [21-May-2013]
You're like my favorite origamist! keep it up
Origaminate [21-May-2013]
Yes! i love you sooo much 'lt;3
Sunburst2000 [20-May-2013]
Very cool model. i'd just like to know : what is the average ratio for the finished model? and where are the arms located on the cp?
Chosetec [20-May-2013]
The doll sketch on the bottom right is roughly to the scale of the paper. the arms are the pill-shaped structure.
Origamifanpete [20-May-2013]
The doll sketch on the bottom right is roughly to the scale of the paper. - this really shows the cmplexity of your designs! admirable!
Ericgjerde [20-May-2013]
Wait, what? origami artists are supposed to be asexual? i never got that memo... time to switch over to welding completely, then :p this was an absolutely amazing model to see in person, the cp doesn't even begin to hint at how complex it is! i'm scared to ask what sort of booklet you sent to sipho, if the photos you were using in your talk were any kind of starting point i'd be a little flabbergasted too :)

B-chan: now things are geting out of control. not only are there folders that have discovered sexuality, now they are starting to break dance. www.flickr.com/photos/12569445@n02/3033259560/

Y'know at this rate, you might be able to put together a fund-raising calendar. just saying. . .
Elijahfolds__ [18-May-2013]
Beautiful brian, its amazing!!!
Origamifreak64 [18-May-2013]
Amazing. you should atleast make a clearer cp for your new upcoming book though. cant really figure out the head all that well. or any other part of the model for that matter
Chosetec [17-May-2013]
Thanks. this is by no means the final cp. i just posted it to show how i design.
Noobenjy_origami [17-May-2013]
I wish i could fold this... amazing model, and amazing cp.
