I'd recommend this method. Folded from freezer paper, then bonded to unryu (here, Bangkok Daily News unryu). The ironing hides the landmark folding and you need only crease through the folds you want on the top. Pretty stiff, but I think, next time, I'd spray starch the unryu.

Niagara brand heavy spray starch, my personal favorite! best of all 12 $1 cans i tried... although no doubt the commodities market in mc has driven that price up to an all-time high of $1.95 per can. what sort of weight to the unryu? (or was it just mulberry paper? unryu has the stringy inclusion stuff, aka ''cloud dragon'' bits, hence the name. although i don't presume to lecture you on wordsmithing! :)
