yes, another crane - the 701st in the group pool. thank you, thank you, thank you! Wonderful news - The Miya Company is donating $5 for every image of a paper crane it receives up to $5000 to Save the Children Japan. You can check out what they are doing here: www.miyacompany.com/static.asp?htmltemplate=1000cranes.html Just so you know, they plan on including a mosaic with the 1000 images when they send their donation. I realize not everyone may be comfortable with their image being used that way so I wanted to make sure you were aware of their plans.

Newsflash!!!! the organization students rebuild wants your paper cranes! in this case, it's the real ones, which will be woven into a work of art. they are collecting 100,000 cranes, for which the bezos family foundation has pledged $2 each. the $200,000 will be used in architecture for humanity's rebuilding efforts in japan. details and where to send your cranes here: studentsrebuild.org/japan/
