Dimensions: 155cm x 56cm Date Created: 2010 Techniques and Materials: Pigment and gold leaf on handmade flax and abaca paper. Thematic explanation: This work explores the techniques of papermaking, and pushes the limits of manual possibility. A technically challenging effort, the paper takes on a three dimensional effect heightened by the application of five different types of gold leaf.
