Question: Hey what are some fun things i can teach people for my english presentation?
A practical thing, I mean, like origami or baking a cake (except those have been done). It's meant to be about a 5-10 minute presentation. Some thing simple, like DIY that won't be too messy and people will actually like? Thankss!

Answer by Joe CHow to put out a fire in a school. |
Answer by Stevie xoTeach them the soulja boy dance HA that would be a riot. |
Answer by Erica SYou could teach them how to tie-dye or do something artsy like that. Maybe how to draw faces if you can do that, or something like a dance if you enjoy that. I would do something related to your favorite hobby or just whatever you think is really fun! |
Answer by Glen CoCoIf you can get out of class like outside how to throw a boomerang (if you dont live in australia that is) how to make choclate spiders (chinneese noodles covered in peanut butter and melted chocolate) how to do a dance? |
Answer by BoulosYou could show them some hand silhouette things. Just learn some cool hand movements and get a light. I know a dog, bird, monster and rabbit. |
Answer by VitusDepending on what type of person you are and what type of people our class is, you can do do a number of things: If your a computer oriented person teach them how to play a computer game, different classes, different ways to play etc. If your older (or even younger if your good at research) the talk about how to pour the perfect beer/wine. For example teach them about that a beer is supposed 1cm of head/foam over the rim 1cm under. If you like sports, teach them the best way to kick a soccer ball/pass a basketball or whatever. Speak about techniques. If you are really stuck for ideas and want to impress the teacher then do it on 'how to write a short story' or 'how to make a movie' and model it on 5 steps. Eg for short story it would be 1) Choose characters, 2) Write Plot etc. etc. |
Answer by ChickintheboatOrigami? One thing would cover 5-10 minutes and if you passed out paper and did it fold by fold with the class, then everyone would have something cool to take home. |
Answer by CF in VAI remember something like this from my school days - we had to write directions telling people how to do something and then actually do it, following our own directions. Funniest thing I ever saw - how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - you'd be surprised at how hard it is to "put peanut butter on the bread" if you forget to mention using a knife. = ) You could use this as a jumping off place - do it funny in the first place, by demonstrating how the writer needs to remember all those little details... Don't know if this is helpful, but thanks for reminding me of such a funny memory! |
Answer by Chicago QTeach a magic trick or how to do a simple 2- or 3-ball juggle with nerf-type balls (assumes you know or can learn how!). Show how to make a duct-tape wallet, or knot a simple necklace, or weave a lanyard. For an earth-friendly topic, show how to make chains with gum or candy wrappers, and tell about some of the things being made with them recently (purses, tote bags, placemats, etc.). Good luck - it could be a lot of fun. |
