Hi, The roses in the picture look a lot like T. Kawasaki's designs....And i really hope it is :) Well, I have folded one myself and posted links to instructional videos I have found for it within....
http://origamiancy.com/2009/01/17/origami-rose-design-by-toshikazu-kawasaki/ The links at the end of the post are the ones to Youtube, where the contributor has made really short videos (not more than 2 mins each) I daresay the image I uploaded of the Rose i Folded myself...doesnt do much justice.....but i am 95% sure that this is the exact same design of a rose you are looking for..... I hope this helps!
