Question: Heavy Rain Loading Problems?

Hi I just got Heavy Rain. Now I just completed the part where the boy's father wakes up in the street holding an origami, after that the game went into loading mode. I figured that it wouldnt take long, but this fat bald man's head has been on my tv screen for roughly 20 or so minutes now. Should I restart my system, or should I hope for the best? Im afraid I'll screw up the game if I turn it off while its loading. Help would be very nice, thx. Thx guys

Heavy Rain Loading Problems?

Hold in the PS button. If you get a response, it means it's doing something but not the thing you want it to. Take the disc out, give it a clean, put it back in and check it's updated properly. If it still doesn't work, check again for scratches and take it back to where you bought it.
