Question: Starting out with origami?

I'm a billion weeks pregnant and I'm somewhat on bed rest. I'm going crazy with boredom so my husband suggested I start crafting again. One thing I've never attempted was origami or any papercrafts. Is there a certain type of paper I should pick up? Any types better than others or anything I should stay clear of? My store choices nearby enough that I can actually go with him are: Wal-mart, Target, Michael's, Joann. Thanks!

Any paper would do just fine or square paper on a side note if you are that pregnat you are in serious need of a c section lol

You should get some origami paper. Or sticky notes or even just printer paper. Either way they all word great. Maybe Michaels has some origami paper.
