When i fold these flaps into the center at 4:40 it does not make thirds but fourths ... and since i read the other comments i am still wondering what i have done wrong and if it would even be a problem if i'd fold fourth instead...?

I don't really understand the steps? from around 6:05-6:44. how do you do it?! please help! does not one? see this part podrias to put on video this part that is absent?

Ah!! i see now! thank you so much for replying so quickly as well! the reason i got it wrong was that i didn't use the precreases as the guidelines for the petal fold, so i ended up with no excess paper to fold to the side, but i went back and corrected my folds? again. now i am sure i can finish the model :d :d :d :d

Remember the crease you prepared previously (see 4:34 onwards)? when you do the petal-fold there's excess paper in the middle. so you fold in that paper along the previously prepared crease. you need to extend it all the way to the bottom. the result is shown at 6:35 - i agree that it's frustrating that the sequence before is hidden from the camera, i've been working on camera positioning since then, but this is a video of? the old kind, i fear.

What do you mean by make it pass? the step at that time is simply a valley? fold between two points.

I do not know if i can help, but here i go. when you fold along the crease you must push a? little paper out from inside the flap you are folding. the other flap will automatically fold up.
