How To Fold A Basic Origami Star Box. This won't appeal to everyone, but sometimes I do origami videos because I like origami and because without my origami videos I would have never had enough video views to make YouTube Partner. My origami videos are the most viewed on my channel. I didn't put any music on this because you don't need it, and because I am in a strict time schedule with videos today and I am not in the mood to mess around. At all. oh, and if you make one of these try not to mangle it like I did!

Origami means Paper folding. Origami is very old. I've heard it started in China, but the Japanese are the ones that perfected the paper. Paper makes a huge difference.

My friend Naruyo, who is Japanese, tells me that she remembers when she was a little girl, the first origami her mother taught her was the sailboat. That one is a pretty common one, I'll have to make a video about it someday.

I watched your video and thought i'm going to look for some more complicated ones right away. they were like the works of the evil spirit so eventually i came back for this one and realized this was just perfect for my skill level :d you give very clear instructions. i just managed to do the star box and was so happy. i gave it to a friend that i'm visiting (plays fps games on the next room) and he was like 'how what where could you do this o_o'. so thanks for the video pantymython =)
