My creation. Folded for the Brian Chan- Jason Ku challenge. It's my first bug design. The wings should've been longer and the abdomen smaller, but I liked ( as though nobody who looked at it thought it was a katydid. ''what a beautiful bee!!!'' was the closest thing I heard... hauhauahuahauh)

Nice work, i think you've picked up on the major potential improvements, also i recommend doing those final touches more carefully. sometimes i take a clothes iron and iron flat the wings. the leg tips and antennae could be fixed a bit, also the wing covers start narrow, and then get wider. these are all very nitpicky, you did a nice job overall, especially for 'first insect'. you should see my 'first insects'
